Comfortable accommodation in a nice building. The location is convenient, just a short walk to the city center, close to a bus stop 🚌, and surrounded by restaurants.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean. Great for families with kids, as there was a kitchen to cook and store food. Good proximity to Austin.

Felt like a home away from home, nothing to complain about.

Loved this comfortable stay for a night. Everything at this brand-new hotel was fine as we expected. The property's location was particularly good, right by a bus station or a car to drive 15-20 minutes. Had tea and goodies at Cenote, nestled 1 mi of the hotel.

Had a such great stay for a night. Location: the hotel was close to Austin for SxSw, the airport, and restaurants. Went to Pluckers Wing Bar for drink or two, set at a medium distance from the property...

Staff manager lied to me twice

The room was spacious and had a great layout with a full kitchen that included a microwave, coffee/tea making equipment, and a fridge.

Surprised to discover that pets incur a $25 per night charge - I did not see this on the web site. This cost will prompt me to seek another provider next time. Out of coffee 15 minutes before end of breakfast - fruit and muffins are disappointing. Fire alarm going off before 5 am did not help.

extended stay america exceeded our expectations during our group visit to austin. after a previous stay with some issues, they went above and beyond to accommodate us with extra rooms and solve any confusion. the staff, especially chaka at the front desk, was extremely helpful and made our experience great.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel was close to everything, making it convenient for us to explore the city. The location was also close enough to downtown, allowing us to easily access all the attractions. The cleanliness of the rooms exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
